After months of messages and comments asking how I train and what my split is, i decided to put this together to create the Ultimate easy to follow PUSH/PULL/LEG training split.


What can I expect to see in this Program?

This program will give you an easy to follow structure for your sessions, it will ensure progress if followed correctly and will aid you in your journey to becoming the best version of you.

Beginners: 3 days of training in your week (Eg. Mon-Wed-Fri)

Rest Day (Eg. Tue,Thurs, Sat, Sun)

Advanced: More than 3 months of training, 6 days of training (Eg. Mon > Sat)

Rest Day (Eg. Sun)


How will this program help me make progress?

This program offers a well-organized training plan that enables you to monitor your weights and sets. By gradually increasing the weights on your exercises, you can make steady linear progress over time.

Please Note: This program includes the exact exercises I train with, but i have also added variation to allow swap in exercise so you can get the best mind to muscle connection possible
